Erik, who always create all artwork for Millencolin, recently re-scanned all his original artwork from back in 1993 up to our latest release SOS and made a matching series of ten album posters. Sold individually or in a full pack of 10 as long as the stock of all of them last.
"The Same Old Tunes is the second title of our first album from 1994. The album was originally called Tiny Tunes, but due to the title and my original Tiny Toons inspired art Warner Bros sued us. The guy holding the banana was originally on the back of the album. All my artwork at that time was made with ink and colored with airbrush, glued xerox logos. Back then, before myself or our record label Burning Heart had computers which could handle colors and scanners they sent my original art along with instructions to a print shop in Fagersta, Sweden who scanned and assembled the art into print files. They also manage to lose the original Tiny Tunes cover art I sent them.. Got this guy back though. At this time I drew my ink really tiny with a fine line pen and sized it up by using a xerox machine to A3 to get the rugged outlines. I then colored the xerox with airbrush. This poster is a vectorised version though and I've also removed an annoying detail in the art. I also added the rectangle color background which I spray painted on thick paper to create a subtile uniform look for the ten posters."
Note! Posters are shipped in a protective tube and can't combine with other merchandise in the same order. If you'd like to order more stuff like shirts or hats along with your poster or posters, please make a new separate order for those items.
